Give and Get

Every couple of months, the Gap family of stores does a promotion called "Give and Get". Basically, you print off an online coupon and it can be used at any of their stores as many times as you want from March 17 - 20. The coupon is for 30% off your ENTIRE purchase, and 5% of the proceeds go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This is basically a great way to score some discounted prices while helping out a charitable organization.

Ideeli is a website that is similar to Gilt Group, but they seem to offer a wider variety of products. Different items go on sale throughout the week, and are usually only available for about a day. Gilt Group

Gilt Group is an online company that sells designer merchandise at up to 70% off of retail prices. They have products for women, men, children, and home. You have to be a member to shop on their site, but membership is free. The website features new sales beginning at 12:00 EST on weekdays. You can preview the sales in advance so that you know what to watch for. Be advised - products sell out very quickly. Some items are still pretty pricey, but if you are looking for a specific designer or don't mind a lot of browsing, I think that you can still get some good deals. I was able to get this shirt by James Perse for $13 + shipping...the suggested retail price was $85! Check them out at www.gilt.com.
